Description

This is a pair of traditional "Opanci" folk shoes from the Balkans in Southeastern Europe.  The specific name varies from country to country, but the basic style is found in Serbia, Macedona, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, and the rest of the Balkan nations.
They appear to have never been worn.  They each have "21" engraved/etched on the bottom.
They're each 6 to 7" long and 2.5" wide and stand about 2.25" tall.
These are very beautiful, and very unique!  I picked these up at an "Estate Sale" in the upstate of SC.
