This is a simple but neat little oscillator to help you trade the markets. It is very simple to use and has plenty of punch. All instructions on constructing the spreadsheet and many examples are given in the printed explanation (PDF file), and sample spreadsheet you will receive.
This unique tool was invented about 45 years ago by my friend Elgin Waugh, who uses it to trade the livestock and grain markets. Elgin finds it to be a particularly outstanding tool for the wheat and hog markets. Most interesting, is that it is just as handy in the stock indexes and other markets. A real vote of confidence is that Elgin continues to follow the indicator daily, and in his younger years had an advisory service based on it, i.e. markets don't change, no foolin'.

The simplest and often the best way to use it is to watch for overbought / oversold conditions, the when the oscillator, turns (up or down), act on it. It's a nifty way to top and bottom fish for regular trading turns.
