You may return most new, unopened items within 30 or 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs in most cases. Exceptions do apply.
Please allow 24-48 hours once item is delivered back to one of our receiving centers for product inspection and return or replacement processing.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with details about the product you would like to return and/or open a return request. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
SHIPPING
We ship via Fedex and USPS. If either are an issue, please contact us before or immediately after an order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee change requests once an order has been placed.
Please note that for freight orders, all residential deliveries require a delivery appointment for delivery to occur. There are three options to choose from for freight orders at time of checkout.
