Some notes about these, and the mold.
When this mold was first produced they were intended for a James West figure. Marx couldn’t get licensing, so the Conrad head was used for Captain Maddox, and Sam Cobra was created using a knights head. When this happened, Marx closed off some of the cavities in the mold. When we ran the mold, they reopened those sealed cavities. Those cavities included the spear head and halberd heads that are included here. The mold would have had pins that would have made holes in the heads so they would fit on the ends of the pool cues. Because the pins are missing, it ended up molding a positive image of the pins. As the halberds are now, they can be used on the end of the sword cane. I show an example in one photo. Many customizers have drilled a hole in the halberd heads so they fit on the end of the pool cues. The pin that makes a hole in the two piece derringer was also missing. That’s why the body of the derringer has what looks like a barrel. To use it as intended, you would need to cut the plastic and drill a small hole.
