Condition is used.
Clean, no nicks or exposed wires on the cable.  No cracks in the plastic pedal.  The 1/4" plug is complete and not broken or worn.  Pedal moves as you press it.  Sorry, I do not have the proper equipment to test this so it is listed as untested.
