Beautiful Uzbek Mens Chapan Robe Dark Blue Gold Embroidery Excellent Condition

Beautiful, embroidered Uzbek Chapan robe; deep, dark blue fabric with gold embroidery. Fully lined. Never worn. Acquired in Tashkent in 2002 (and hanging in our closet since).
This garment would fit someone who is tall and large. Dimensions are approximately: 51 inches long; 20 inches across at shoulders; sleeve length approximately 30 inches; side openings at the hem are about 12 inches.
There are no tags on this garment so the fabrics are unknown; the exterior fabric appears to be velvet or velveteen; this exterior fabric is soft to the touch, with a short nap, but not silky soft. The embroidery is bright gold, with sequins throughout and many decorative flourishes. The lining looks to be acetate but is unknown. With the exterior fabric and the lining, this garment is heavy.
The cut is simple and the sleeves are straight. There are no clasps or ties.
There are some loose, gold threads at the shoulders but they do not detract from the overall beauty of this robe. This Chapan is undamaged and does not show its age.
