RETURN POLICY

Items MUST be returned for any refunds. Buyer pays return shipping. We do not cover original shipping cost. We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds will be given as money back.
Items may be returned for any reason. Items must be returned within 30 days from the end of auction in the condition it was received. We do not issue partial refunds, nor pay for repairs of damaged items.
Refunds are issued as money back: we do NOT exchange/replace returned items.
- Returns are subject to a 10-20% restock fee.
- No refunds until after return inspection is complete.
- Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If the packaging has been opened or damaged; the unused product may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (retest charge)
- Any electronic device where the product seal has been broken has to undergo retesting in the LAB and  this charge covers our cost for this service.
- Returned Item MUST be in the ORIGINAL UNALTERED condition!
- Return is VOID if any alterations, repairs, damages, etc have occurred. NO refund will be issued.
- All items returned must include everything sent, including all original boxes, packing, accessories, hardware, manuals, etc.
- Original Serial Numbers must be verified.
