Amish/ Mennonite Handmade Child’s Dress Bonnet - Royal Blue. This would fit a small child - toddler- I actually purchase this hat in Lancaster PA at a Thrift shop that sold Plain clothing and have been using it as a display piece - Condition is "Pre-owned". The hat measures 5 14” across and 7 1/4” from top to bottom - there is soiling was there when purchased but wasn’t a big deal to me since I was displaying- also not sure how to clean it - it’s just an adorable hat!
