ALTEC LANSING 811B HORN + 806A HF 1" EXIT COMPRESSION DRIVER, PAIR, XLNT!

You're looking at one pair of
ALTEC LANSING 806A 1" EXIT HF COMPRESSION DRIVERS and 811B SECTORAL HORNS
in excellent condition!
This particular pair was installed in a custom 9844A system owned by a record producer friend who had these custom installed in-wall in his small residential condominium. Overkill, but this was the West Coast 1960s. They have never seen high power as a result.
The Altec 806A drivers are in excellent cosmetic condition as they were
never removed from the system since new
. Diaphragms are original and are nominal 16 ohm impedance. DCR are 8.6 and 9.6 ohms respectively (note that this variance is fairly common for this era). This is about as clean as it gets for vintage Altec compression drivers.
The Altec 811B sectoral horns are in good condition with no cracks or chips. These were also never removed from the system since new. However, there is some interior house paint on the edges of the horn mounting flange that occurred when the walls were repainted.
Drivers have been sine-wave swept to check for level, buzzes, resonance or rub.
